This policy explains how newgrads.co.uk ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit newgrads.co.uk, create an account or use our graduate job and internship discovery services (the "Service").

- Career preferences: career fields, locations, job types, saved opportunities and alert settings you choose.
- Subscription information: your plan, billing status and transaction references. Payment providers process card details on our behalf; we do not need to store complete card numbers.
- Service activity: searches, viewed opportunities, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP and security logs.
- Communications: messages and feedback you send to us.

- Provide accounts, searches, saved roles and opportunity alerts.
- Personalise results using preferences you provide.
- Manage free-plan limits, paid subscriptions and customer support.

3. Our legal bases
