These terms govern your use of newgrads.co.uk and the related graduate job and internship discovery services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into these terms. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to avoid usage limits.
2. What the Service provides
newgrads.co.uk helps users discover third-party graduate jobs, internships and entry-level opportunities. Unless expressly stated, we are not the employer, recruiter or agent for a listed role. We do not guarantee that a listing remains available, that employer information is complete, or that using the Service will result in an interview or offer. You should verify important details with the employer before applying or accepting work.
3. Plans and limits
The free plan provides access to up to 25 jobs or internships per calendar month in one chosen career field. The paid plan costs £10 per month and provides access to all career fields and unlimited opportunity browsing, subject to reasonable safeguards against automated or abusive use.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices include VAT where applicable. We will give reasonable notice of a price change and it will apply no earlier than your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before renewal through your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape, harvest, copy or systematically download listings or user data;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit access to the Service;
- circumvent plan limits, security controls or access restrictions;
- introduce malicious code or disrupt the Service;
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person.
5. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, branding, software and original content. Employers and third parties retain rights in their names, logos and listing content. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own career search.
6. Availability and account action
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Service and do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict or close an account that materially breaches these terms, creates risk or must be restricted by law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to appeal.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for employment decisions, third-party websites, indirect loss or loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a UK consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Nothing here limits mandatory rights under local law.
9. Contact and changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal, security or product changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Contact [email protected] with questions.
