This policy applies to the newgrads.co.uk full-access subscription. The free plan has no subscription charge to refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Cancel at any time
You can cancel through your account before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges and paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
First-payment requests
If the full-access plan is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment. Where you asked for digital access to begin immediately, we may take account of the access already provided where the law permits. We will always honour rights available to you under UK consumer law.
Renewals and billing errors
Subscription renewals are normally non-refundable once a new monthly period has started. However, contact us promptly if you were charged after cancelling, charged more than once, or believe a payment was made in error. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.
Requesting a refund
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include the payment date and reason for the request, but do not send complete card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
